Cell Phone detector using LM358

Circuit Diagram :



Requirements:

Lm358 ic x1
capacitors : 100nf or 0.1uf x 3
resistors  : 6.8 Mega ohm x3
                 1 k ohm   x1
Potentiometer or variable resistor  : 500 k ohms x1
Buzzer - optional x1
LED x1
Antenna x1
battery 9v  x1
and some connecting wires

    Can you tell me about the antenna? What kind of antenna is needed and what can be used as an atenna?
